The Community Safety Expo understands the pressures of parents in the 21st century. Despite never-ending obstacles, many parents manage to raise healthy and responsible children. Child Safety becomes the most important thing on the minds of those who care about children and the future. That is why at our youth group events we offer several tools to help eliminate potential risks.

The Community Safety Expo events also provide advice to parents and teachers on how to communicate to children about drugs, gangs and other dangers as well as how to avoid such risks. We understand that talking to children about safety also increases their understanding of violence and the need for safe behavior. The moment a child leaves their home, safety becomes a concern.

Children need to learn how to respond when they are offered drugs or asked to join a gang. Safety is also important at school, on the playground and in social situations. When parents and educators work together, safety becomes a lifesaving and live enhancing priority that benefits the entire community.
